I had change duration as well as relationsip.

now all activity has right start and finished time.

Good Work! As I noticed on your schedule, the source of the problem is from changing calendar from 10hrs to 8 hrs which resulted to decimal places (i.e. 1d = 1.25d). Even you corrected the durations but relationship lag still have decimals that need to be correct. That should fix the problem.

2. i have finished Milestone , i want close all activity ends , other then start and end activity,

this mile stone still leave with out Succ, because these are Finished MS

Total duration is based on Global Default Calendar. You need to change the Global Default Calendar and use 6 days calendar that you used and also under that calendar settings change the Time Period to match the calendar. (i.e. 10/d, 60/w...etc...)

For relationship lag decimals you have to change it manually. Make sure it match the calendar that activity use (i.e. for activity using 5 days 8h/d and activity using 6 days 10h/d)
