It looks as though you are going through the basics Eddie.

Little tip, as daft as it sounds is to have a look at 'you tube' as they have quite a bit relating to project management going on.

There are other avenues which could cost you a fortune in buying books etc, however in YT there are a large number of professional bodies who like to air thier wares for free.

I suggest this for new planners who have time at home, plus it keeps them offa my back during day to day activities.
