Hello,

I am working on the development of a master plan for a program to control flash floods in a mayor city, and I am looking for reference(s) to similar project(s) in order to validate durations.

The project is located on a coastal city inhabited by about four (4) million people and the area of concern is about 8,000km².

Any information regarding this kind of project is highly appreciated.
