Hi all ,

 

I just created a Baseline , submitted to my client ... which he did replied with comment ... One of the comment sounds confusing to me.. SAT which order wise is know as Materials delivery at site was place under the Procuremnt WBS in my Schdule , But my Client feels otherwise ...

Please find below the comments

* Why is SAT ( Site Acceptanc Test ) a sub heading under Procuremnet WBS , SAT should be shown under construction Phrase *

    Hi Ayeni

    Provided your logic is sound it doesn't matter where you put the SAT.

    If you are doing a test pile for instance that should be in the construction phase.

    Just move it and keep the man happy.
