    Hi Peter

    Welcome to Planning Planet

I do not know of any standard definition for the terms Manpower and Manhours.

I would suggest that Manpower is the gang size allocated to a task and Manhours is the ammount of hours required to complete the task.

Productioin rate is how much work is to be completed in a set time unit.
