Hi Guys,

I have to workout a schedule for construction of Coal Handling & Preparation Plant (CHPP) but i have no idea of level three construction activities & their logical relations. Can anybody help me in this regard?

    Hi Faisal

    Your best approach is to study the drawings and specification and work out the optimal construction sequence.

    For instance you need to construct the foundations before the structural steel is erected.

    Then check your ideas with the construction team.
