concrete tracking reports

I am working in a project contains 3 main concrete buildings A & B & C each has its total concrete Quantity, i was asked to produce a report showning the excuted Quantities vs Planned Quantities and showning remaining Quantities, also showning the productivity required to maintain finish date for each building an over come the delay , my question is what should the report contain and if there is any form for these reports, thnxx

Set up a spreadsheet with the dimensions of each concrete component - floors - columns - beams - stairs ect.
This will give you the total m3 of concrete in the project.
Put a date column in the spreadsheet.
Every day collect a copy of the concrete cube test sheets and type the date of the test against the concrete item.
You can then keep a running total of actual concrete production to compare with your planned production rate.
