Productivity Rate for construction activities

U can goodle it...i have onePDF which has productivity and cunsumption date. but i am unable to attache here.. i dont know y

- how many workers required and man-hour requirement for form works, rebar installation and concrete casting.

It is not just about labor, equipment do matter. It is not the same pouring using a crane and bucket than a high capacity concrete pump.

Work is mostly done in teams, the composition of the team, labor and equipment used will mostly determine production rates.  For same work different teams will have different production rates.

I suggest getting reference books such as RS Means which not only give you unit costs but also team composition and productivity.  These books are no substitute to your own historical records and shall be used to estimate the few activities for which you do not have historical records.

Rafel is corret you can use an estimating software or book such as RS Means or Richardson Construction Estimating or Sage Estimating aka Timberline
