Hi Gents,

I am working for an MEP contractor and the main contractor has asked for a standlaone MEP program with Civil clearence dates driving the further MEP activities.This practice is new to our company as we were providing consolidated programs (by inserting and linking MEP activities in the main civil program)to our main contractors.

I request esteemed members to provide your thoughts on the Pros and cons of giving a standalone program.
