Dear All,

I encountered this issue while trying to upgrade from P6 to P8.2 on system 1 using the same software I installed successfully on system 2, even though I had purged the former of all files relating to primavera.

Not sure if anyone has faced the same or could probably propose a likely workable solution. Thanks.
