While considering the project from Idea stage to Transfer of completed projects to operation, what should be the weightage for each stage i.e Idea, Study, Design, Implementation? Thanking you all in advance.

    whats your measuring stick ?

    The Idea takes time

    a Study Takes time

    the Design takes time 

    the Implementation takes time 

    what do all of these have in common ? TIME

    how is time measured ?

    Usually in manhours 

    So figured out the manhours for each of these stages and you have your weights

    Build a matrix driven by

    Build a matrix driven by Cost, Duration, Resources (Manpower) requirements.

    The Weightage then will be clear where you have more and less.

    Dear All 1. A schedule which

    Dear All 1. A schedule which is not correctly or completely loaded cannot produce a complete plan%, right? 2. A schedule need to be cost loaded in order to get the schedule % complete at the WBS level and at the total roll-up.
