Oldest first- 0Colin Cropley ·You need a serial number that is current in maintenance with Primavera.
In November last year, Primavera changed the registration for online product support of P3 & other annually renewed maintenance products, requiring users to register at www.primavera.com.
They then send out an email to registrants with a Username and Password.
SureTrak users are able to access updates and the knowledge base without going through this system.
