I tried Suretrak and found that we can enter a negative value as Budgeted cost, Actual to Date, and At completion.

Do you eve want to enter a negative value for these columns? Why?

    There could certainly a contract variation scenario, where you could possibly need to enter a negative budget value to reflect a reduction in scope.
