When I run the resource loading report "RL-03 Resource Loading Activity Summary" from
Tools->Tabular Reports->Resource->Loading
I find that the results are not consistent and vary depending on the format of output that I select.
1) The values shown within the total column appear to be divided by a factor of 10
2) The totals of time phased data does not match the correct total amount
3) If I compare with a tabular report for the overall project I get a different profile of usage.
What is going on. Is there something I am ovelooking or is this a flaw in P3?

2) The totals of time phased data does not match the correct total amount: this depends of the subdivisions that you made and if you trunkate the values...
3) If I compare with a tabular report for the overall project I get a different profile of usage: this cannot happen if your datas and dates are accurately put.
The predefined RL-03 is not always accurate and may be manipulated by other users, therefore, it needs to be checked case by case in a logical manner in order to have exact results...
