Baseline Schedule Development Time....

All - looking for your opinions on how long it typically takes to develop a baseline engineering and construction schedule. I know this is a difficult question to answer. There are so many variables.

Let’s say it’s a 4 story lab building, steel, concrete block backup system, cast stone and brick facade with punched windows. Contract value $100MM. Let’s say you’re receiving very little input from subcontractors or your own Gen’l Superintendent which requires you to build it from scratch from plans and specs.
