Hello,

Hi, is anyone out there can differentiate what is the similarity of TOTAL FLOAT & a FREE FLOAT. Your reply is highly appreciated.

    Total Float is the difference between the Early Finish and Late Finish, e.g. the duration a task may be delayed without delaying the end of the project

    Fee Float is the difference between the Earliest Successors Start and the Early Finish of the Activity in question, e.g. the duration a task may be delayed without delaying a successor.
