Hello all,
when importing some ms project files into p3, we find a INTRUSIVE lag in the relationship between the last and one-before-last activities in the P3 project;
this lag does not exist in the MPP file and cannot be seen in the MPX file;
the same occurs if we use the Primavera Corp MPPtoMPX converter or the Sciforma MPX2K converter, but does not when we create the MPX file directly from Sciforma PS8;
we are using P3 (do not yet if SP2/SP3 is installed) on a Windows XP Pro SP1 or SP2 plateform.
Does somebody have an idea?

    could be something related to MPP using each start hour of Day and P3 using start hour of day to end hour of day.

    like a difference of 1 day is for mpp 24 hours. 7am to 7am.
    for P3 its 7am to 5pm

    Could be something like that; the project calendar in MSP is 8-12, 14-18, working 5 days a week, just the same as in P3
