P3 unable tp open

I am trying to open my P3 which needs a user name however its saying "A serial number could not be locked". ANy clue what’s wrong ? Tried rebooting machine multiple times but it didnt help. The p3 version i am using is 3.1 and its a stand alone software and NOT a network one.

    I got the reply folks.. Its a network based P3 and not stand alone which was causing the problem..:-)

    Hi Anil,

    Did you solve the problem? I am also facing the same problem. Can you help? I need to get to the screen whereby I am prompted for the registration key. Only then I can import and export from P3e. My client do not have P3e.
