Hi Frnds,
am trying this in P3..pls go thru this and post ur suggestions
I have update my schedule till last week (say WK 50) and the cumm overall progress % is (say 50%)...I made a copy of this schedule and updated the progress till this week (say WK 51) and the cumm overall progress % is (say 55%)
Now I want to create a layout which will show the weekly progress acheived in this week (Diff in progress between WK 50 and WK 51..ie 5%)
I can compare this by keeping the WK50 as target for WK51 and by viewing the columns percent complete and Target percent complete..but wat I want is, a custom column which will caculate the progress %age between the target and current (especially for each activty)and shows the result...

Oldest first- 0Marc Borburgh ·you could do the following:
Create 1 custom data item (LSWK)
Enter the week 50 progress and then run a Global change in with you store current progress in the custom data item.
When you enter the progress for week 51, you can compare it to the custom data item to report the difference.
With the Report Writer you can create a report to calculate the difference between Last Week (custom data item LSWK) and this weeks progress (PCT week 51).
