    can you be more specific about your question??? cost manipulation and editing in primavera is very wide and it varies from best by hand to global changing .... can you be more specific in order to help you???

    If its minor adjustment, then u may export it to excel and make the changes as and when required.

    If u r asking about major change in spreads like front loading and others, then its better to make the program correct rather than making any changes manually.
