    Q:
    WHICH IS THE TYPICAL PACE (PROGRESS (%) PER MONTH) THAT CAN BE CONSIDERED FOR A REFINERY PROJECT, WITHIN THE NORMAL PARAMETERS (SINGLE SHIFT, THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, NO SEASONS, ETC.....).
