Hello everyone!
I am new to p3 and i need help. The float in my programme is descending. The float in the beginning of the project is high and the float at the end is zero already. I checked the network logic and it seems to be fine. I just don’t know where i missed. Tasks with the same description has a closed network logic. I used FS,SS and FF relationship in each tasks per category. The last activity is linked to the constrained finish milestone. The first task is also link to the start milestone. What are the other means of checking network logic and floats? Thanks.
Regards,
Den
