Printing activities with labels

Hello planners,
I am trying to print a 14000 activity project with the activity description being labelized at the rightmost side of the bar
A good number of activities does not display the label on the print preview screen or when printing as a PDF file
I tried both a Dell laptop with 512 Mb RAM and on a Compaq desktop with 1.5 Gb RAM, both running Windows XP SP2
Can somebody help?

    Hi Alexandre - have you checked your page set up for the fitting of the timescale per page? This may be forcing your bar labels not to ’fit’. cheers, Omar

    Omar,
    the activities that do not show their labels are widely spread from left to right on the page; therefore I do not believe the timescale has anything to do with this behavior
    could it be the video memory or some bug in the software? I do not have any P3 service pack loaded on my PCs, the software copyright says 2001
