P3 General Protection Fault Errors

Have had two different PCs with re-current P3 3.1 SP3 crashes over the past few months. Both run with Windows XP with most current updates. Have more GPFs than these, but these two are recurrent errors. 1. In module CORSRVR.DLL @ 000A:399A, the other in mod P3.EXE @ 0011.DF79. The last one is driven by trying to reorganize or scroll up on the screen. Any ideas on how to resolve? Have already run errant files thru PFX utility, have tried running files on server vs. hard drive, and have reinstalled software.
