Baselines are becoming more than a schedule snapshot

Hi all,
I've been looking at baselines a lot recently, and I noticed that this forums essentially seems to deal with baselines as a stand-alone schedule snapshot. I don't think that reflects the latest thinking.
Would we welcome a Wiki article on the matter? I think it might make sense?
It should cover the basic Schedule, cost, risk and scope alignment question in that article I think. Perhaps something similar to what is happening here:
https://baseline-builder.com/literature/index.html?article=what-is-a-baseline with a probable more detailed exploration of how schedule management affects it of course, given our audience.
Thoughts?
