Hi Planners,

Im relatively inexperienced in Planning (about 2 years), im currently working in the Pharmaceutical industry for a major client. Ive recently been asked to look into the following:

Engineering Cost Control
Earn Value
Risk Analysis

For the last couple of years ive simply been producing schedules in P3. Can any of you guys help me out with documents or slide shows on the benifits of any of the above?

Do you know of any software that can help out?

Help would be very much appreciated.

Cheers
Steve

    Hi,
There are some very good books available that explain the Eng. Cost control theory and touch on implementing its techniques.such as this book :
" Project and Cost Engineers Handbook
by Kenneth King Humphreys (Editor), Lloyd M. English (Editor) ,ISBN: 0824787463"

    Regards
