Dear friends,
as you know, we prepared PFS or FS for evaluation scope of works Project . In this case are there any method for comparing cost estimate in Fs ( PFS) with actual cost.

    Dear Ashraf,
    As you, the first step in new projects is preapare Business Plan and then evaluation for feasibility Study ( FS ) for any project.
    I know some information in thsi report at the start and the end of project i not match with real status project. In this case if there is any method for this problems we able to monitoring any project in the any stage.

    Business plan has Objective, vision and mission
    Strategic stage that business plan needs to be develop through strategic briefing. If company decided to go build then project briefing need. If you could follow BS 6079, APM Bok, RIBA PoW or OGC for the Project life cycle frame work that your answer might be there.
