In the today’s world mergers, partnership, consortiums and joint vernture are a company’s strategy in order to survive or expand the its business. Just for the sake of discussion, if a consortium doesn’t turn out to be a good partnership, what imaginable end would you thinking?...

    Hi Christian

World mergers today are a dog meets dog situation.

Sooner or later one of them is going to get shafted.

    Bets regards

    Chris,

    Either they will end up

    Divorced (Separated or Broke)...

    Or they will

    Happily live ever after...

    Chris,

Yes, and you know the standard wedding bow:

"I take you to be my _____ to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part..."

Equates to the excerp "the PARTIES* shall be jointly and severally liable... " in a JV/Consortium/Partnership* agreement, which is an Owner/Company stringent requirement.

    Have a nice day..
