In past few weeks financial markets all over the world are flattening, if you take a look Equity markets from Japan to South East Asia, India to Middle East, Europe, and USA are all crashing like anything. Most of the markets are at their bottom now since touching their all time high in Jan-08.

The markets will adjust its self, each depending on its criteria. If some markets are inflated, they will go down, eventually, the natural course of events will take its place.
It is well known that the Construction market goes in cycles, every few year. And even seasonally.
