Does anyone has any idea what OPA and EEF stand for according to PMBOK?

    Dear Civilila,

    OPA: Organizational Process Assets.

    EEF: Enterprise Environmental Factors.

    You can find the definition of each in the Glossary Section at the end of the PMBOK.
