Can any one help me by submitting good example for planning and scheduling procedure, what the major sections and what the improvements can be done?

    Dear moutaz,

    Try seaching the web for an old version of the PMBOK published by the PMI www.pmi.org. You will find a detailed explanation of the planning process. Or you can buy the new PMBOK 4e for $60 online from them.
