Project Value Improving Practices

You may be interested to know that the Institution of Engineering and Technology have teamed up with the Association of Cost Engineers, tasked with delivering a suit of free events and on-line offerings to address value improving practices. 

They are going to kick this off with a webcast on improving the implementation of Lessons Learned on the 18^th February 14:00 GMT.  The chat room that will accompany the webcast enables the audience to pose questions to the panel and will also be open to the floor as to what the Project Control community would like addressed in the future.  Interest?
