Progress measurement systems

What is the best Progress measurement systems on the Market.

I am looking for a Software package that think assigning ROC in line with Deliverables and linking to the Schedule.

WOW I need something that Link Milestone to the schedule and not the deliverable.

If you know of any such commercial available system it would be nice to hear about them. (And the Web link)

    please explain what do you mean by ROC?

    Milestones are always linked with the schedule, at least in Spider Project.

    Progress measurement is usually done in physical quantities of work that have been done, and time, materials and money spent.

    Performance analysis may include Earned Value, Trend Analysis, Probability of Success Analysis, etc.

    thank you for clarification.

    Some of our customers apply ROCs to their schedules but these rules are so different in different cases.

    Can you describe the rule you are looking for?
