How you deal with Project Manager,who dont know Primavera, especially in Middle East?

    hi sajucreate a summary

    hi saju

    create a summary programme with dates in EXCEL and discuss milestones (generally)

    if he is familiar with the old Arrow diagram or PERT view, i guess you should present it like that (major activity only)
