Please some one make it Clear to me.

is it cosendering official when we (Consultant) are sending an email (for instructions to contractor ) from official mail to official mail, and they did not responding on the mail. what should be the value of the mail in future send by consultant to contractor if the contractor did not reply on that.

    The contract will set down the ageed route to issue instructions. It is unlikely that email will be one of them. Check your contract and do it properly.
