Hi,

For the people for managing Program or Portfolio , what the best sotware for reporing Program and Portfolio, in terms of time and cost  indicators, interventions, risk  ranking.......

    Any software can report only

    Any software can report only those information that is managed.

    An answer to your question depends on the data you need in required reports.

    For example risk ranking may be based on people estimates or on results of risk simulation, may be qualitative or quantitative.

    There are many time and cost indicators. Some of them are available in many tools, others like trends of these parameters are rare.
