1. Ten years minimum experience in:
* Project schedule Management
* Project cost Management
* Project risk Management
* Contract Management
* Procurement Management
* Human Resource Management
2. Five years minimum experience in managing a project controls team
3. Degree qualified in Business, Commercial or Engineering Discipline
4. Platform / Facilities Shutdown, Turnaround and / or marine new build / conversion experience desirable
5. Experience in managing a geographically dispersed team or teams with a global focus desirable
