Dear Nurullah,
Progress information can be exchanged with the % Value coming from the most Gantt Chart Systems.
By using the XML-Interface of TILOS those progress can be exchanged.
Please read in the chapter "How to exchange progress information ?" in the TILOS-Blog article: http://blog.tilos.org/tilos-tricks/data-exchange-from-cpm-gantt-chart-to-linear-schedule-tilos/. There you will find how to set up the Exchange profiles for many different needs.
