    The main reason is incompetent.

    Poor planning means the person doing the planning is incompetent.

    Poor methodology means the person analyzing the project delivery methodology is incompetent.

    the author of the news wanted this incompetents to become competent by ... He just to civil to be blunt and candid.

    It miss the point because in project, quick fix is never the solution.

    Dear Scarllet,

    Sort of marketing strategy by CMCS. They want to gather interests which is good, and lead them to enrolling in their PM, P6 and PSP courses.
