Project Planner

One of the world’s largest transport and engineering organisations has an exceptional chance for a talented Senior Planner to join them on one of Europe’s largest engineering infrastructure projects based in Sussex.

As Senior Planner, you will supervise schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities for small to medium size projects along with supporting project organisational and administrative activities. In addition you will also supervise the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan and establish milestones for the total project and supervises schedule resource loading and leveling.

To be considered, you must be experienced in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions. You also have knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel. You will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge of Primavera and the project controls process, as well as prove your ability as a client-facing professional.

It is also important you are degree qualified, have membership of a professional institution with proficiency in discipline specific software applications such as Primavera and Microsoft Office Applications. Experience of  working in a lead planning role on major infrastructure projects is essential. It is also important that you have demonstrable experience of working in a client-facing capacity, ideally for a project management consultancy.
