Our client is to provide Project Management Services for the design, procurement and construction of a Metro Lines Project in Saudi Arabia, including various project controls, plans, procedures, systems, EDMS (Document Control). They are seeking a Primavera Expedition Planner responsible for the implementation of the software, and will create and maintain the Primavera Expedition / Contract Manager database.
The Expedition Planner will perform the following tasks:
- Control the Expedition reference system in accordance with the Communications Plan to ensure that individual issues are captured on each communication.
- Transmit and receive all Expedition communications
- Monitor the performance in closing out Expedition communications.
- Prepare Expedition performance reports to ensure Expedition KPIs are met.
- Maintenance and retrieval of the Expedition data base
- Maintain the Expedition hard copy document library.
- Integrate the Expedition system with the EDMS system to ensure all communications are captured on the EDMS
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience
- Will be expert-level in the use of Primavera Expedition / Contract Manager
