Head of Planning

A leading global built asset consultancy is seeking a new Head of Planning to lead a team in Hong Kong

 

- Oversee the planning and delay side of the business at partner level

- Lead and manage the team of planners in preparing timely and accurate reports and schedule plans for project management and effective project control

- Responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling and coordination of projects

- Monitor and maintain Detailed Project Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Project and Activity Coding and Resource Loading

- Generate new business for the company, establishing strong working relationships with both current and new clients

 

 

- Degree holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent

- Extensive Experience of project planning and control in infrastructre works

- Preferably from an engineering background with strong consultancy ties

- A proven track record of business development 

- An extensive knowledge of planning software (particularly P6) is important

- Coordinate and liaise with contractors and clients to ensure efficient running of daily operations 

- Must have previous experience in senior managment 

 

- Very attractive salary with full package on offer
