An experienced Forensic Planner is required for a major infrastructure company in Hong Kong.
Forensic Planner Job in Hong Kong; Job Duties:
To assist with dispute resolution services, including construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis.
Tasks, usually in the context of litigation, span from research and fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, economic modeling, and case strategy.
Forensic Planner Job in Hong Kong; Experience and Qualifications Required:
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Extensive delay experience expert witness work, claims review and preparation, contract administration, scheduling and project management is expected, although this is flexible for high calibre more junior candidates.
Experience on rail / heavy civil infrastructure projects highly desirable
Master's degree or 4-year college degree in building construction, engineering or other related field is highly desirable
Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, as well as scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English as primary language)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team
Flexibility & demonstrable creative problem solving skills
