Planning Manager

A Planning Manager is required to join an industry leading Contracting company in the UAE. The client requires candidates currently residing in the GCC region

 

- Responsible for planning strategies in conjunction to major schemes and large projects

- Fully anticipate and interpret demands of the project in terms of labour, materials, equipment and technical challenges 

- Integrate HSE and quality management processes into construction programs to ensure safe delivery to the required specifications

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines

- Excellent organisational skills to balance workload for varied sized projects

 

- Degree qualified (or similar equivalent) in a relevant subject 

- Vast Experience in a similar role for a contractor

- Solid Planning background in Construction preferred

- Large to Mega sized projects experience preferred

- Previous GCC experience is essential

- Excellent management skills and capable of managing multi-discipline work force

- Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities

- Be able to use computer applications effectively including Primavera

 

Circa 30,000 AED basic salary p/m + package
