Senior Contracts and Claims Consultant

A Project Management and Claims and Dispute resolution company based in United Arab Emirates has currently available opening for a Senior Contract Administrator/ Contracts & Claims Consultant (dealing with Claims prevention-Issuance of Notifications and follow up).

The candidate has to have over 10 years experience. Degree qualified and should have top class letter and report writing skills. Tasks include assessment of contractual obligations, identify potential risks, evaluation of time and cost claims and advice on mitigation strategies.  Monitoring compliance with Contractual procedures and notifications.  Prepare and review correspondences, Claims, Variations, Valuations, Technical submissions, Subcontracts Management and Internal Controls.

Comprehensive package shall be provided to the candidate based on the qualification.
