Exclusive invite: Transpennine Route Upgrade project team talk about AI-led project delivery

Dear Planning Planet Member,

Hi Planning Planet Members,

The Times of London recently described The Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) as "a rare success story, which could restore confidence in our ability to delivery big projects" - and now Planning Planet & nPlan are delighted to invite you to a webinar where you can find out a little (or a lot) about how they're doing it.

The webinar is taking place this Thursday, the 31st of October, at 3:30 PM GMT / 11:30 AM EDT and will feature TRU’s Richard Palczynski (Chief of Staff) and Mike Ellis (PMO Head of Risk) in conversation with Dev Amratia, CEO of nPlan.

nPlan provides AI-led forecasting and risk management services to a number of megaprojects, including TRU, and the webinar will be of especial interest to Planning Planet members interested in how AI is changing the way large-scale projects are managed and delivered - and in how they can start productively utilising AI on their own projects going forward.

Register here and don’t forget to add the event to your calendar ahead of time...
