Hi,

Is it possible to link PowerProject (v10/v11) to Excel, whether this is via VBA or an external 'middle' programme, if so is there some api's we can use?

Thanks

    Hi Sanjay

One of the best points in PowerProject is that the data columns on the left are directly compatable with excell - so you can copy and paste back and forth.

I have not heard of any direct kind of hyperlink.

    Hi Sanjay

Why not go to the Asta Development website and search - or if you have a maintenance licence go to technical support.

Hi Sanjay, As Mike says you

    Hi Sanjay,

As Mike says you can copy and paste or you can write macros in vba. VBA is included in Powerproject (Tools - Macros - VBA Editor). You do need to know vba of course.

If you need any help please reply and I'll get someone to contact you

Sorry to resurrect an old thread. Has anybody got a Library for VBA in Asta. I've tried using syntax similar to MSP, to no avail!

    Hi Phil,

We've moved on a bit since this thread was written - now .NET has mostly replaced VBA.  There are still plenty of options for writing macros, or indeed full integrations with Powerproject via our API, but please call us directly to discuss which one is going to be best for you.

    Thanks,

    Ben @ Powerproject
