Oldest first- 0Zhang Haixiang ·I think you need to update the resource assignment manually,
the program do not know which resource should be increased for which task.
In general, you may check all critical tasks to find out the tasks that their duration can be shortened
to shorten the duration, you need to increase resource, try to start with the cheapest ( cost effective)
