Hide and unhide function

when column is hide how can recall it back in MSP 2007
I tried unhide function but it won’t work

    Click on any column header (the entire column will be highlighted to show that it has been selected).

    Press the key

    In the pop-up dialog, select the column you want and click on OK.

    The column will appear immediately to the left of the column you selected in step 1.
