Different weighting to activities

Dear,

It is by default the weighting of activity in PERT Analysis is 1,4,1 for Fast, Average and Slow. But could I set different weighting for different activities rather than single weighting for all activities?

    no, it is not possible to have different weighting for different activities in MS Project;
    or, you should use custom fields and formulas for that.
